Employee Commitment to Flexible Work Expectations
- Hybrid Work Eligibility : Employees who have successfully completed their probation period and demonstrated the ability to work autonomously may be eligible for hybrid work arrangements.
- Remote Work Guidelines: Remote employees need a proper workspace with essential tools and must maintain regular communication for smooth operations.
- Upholding Professionalism: Employees are expected to follow all company policies and demonstrate professionalism, whether working from the office or remotely.
- Keysquare Work Hours & Break Schedules: The core working hours at Keysquare Technology are 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks.
- Flexible Scheduling: Managers and employees may discuss flexible schedules, including modified hours or compressed workweeks, based on personal and business needs. Open and honest communication is key to ensuring the success of hybrid work models.
