Eligibility for Refunds

  • Service Defects: The service provided is defective or does not meet the agreed-upon expectations.
  • Service Delays: The service is not delivered within the specified timeframe or as outlined in the agreement.
  • Service Cancellation : Keysquare Technologies may cancel the service due to unforeseen circumstances beyond your control, excluding policy violations.

Non-Refundable Services

The following items are generally non-refundable:

  • Digital products and custom services that have been completed or delivered.
  • Once a digital product or a custom service has been provided, refunds typically cannot be processed.

To request a refund, please reach out to our customer support team within 7–10 days of the service delivery or purchase. Be sure to provide a detailed explanation for your refund request.

Keysquare will review your request and determine whether you qualify for a refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be completed.

Refund Amount

The refund amount will depend on the issue at hand and the extent of the service provided. In certain cases, a partial refund may be granted.
