Independent Contractor Policy
Keysquare may engage independent contractors for specific projects or tasks. This policy outlines the guidelines and expectations for independent contractors working with Keysquare.
All independent contractors are required to sign an Independent Contractor Agreement, which defines the terms of their engagement. Contractors will also need to create a profile on our platform detailing their skills, experience, and availability.
Tasks will be assigned based on the contractor’s profile and project needs. Each assignment will include clear instructions, deadlines, and quality expectations, and the contractor is responsible for delivering the work on time.
By working as an independent contractor with Keysquare, you acknowledge and accept these terms :
Independent Contractor Status
Contractors are not employees of Keysquare Technology. They maintain control over their work processes, hours, and location. Keysquare Technology does not dictate how tasks should be performed.
Independent Contractor Agreement
Every contractor must sign an Independent Contractor Agreement, which specifies the terms of their work with Keysquare Technology, including payment, confidentiality, intellectual property, and dispute resolution.
Compensation
Contractors will be compensated as per the terms of their agreement. Payment may be based on either a project or hourly rate.
Taxes & Insurance
Independent contractors are responsible for managing their taxes and securing any necessary insurance. Keysquare Technology does not withhold taxes or provide employee benefits.
Intellectual Property
Contractors retain ownership of the intellectual property they create while working for Keysquare Technology but grant the company non-exclusive rights to use the materials for project purposes.
Confidentiality
Contractors are required to keep confidential any proprietary information shared by Keysquare Technology.
Termination
Either party may terminate the contract with appropriate notice. Any outstanding payments will be settled according to the agreement.
Non-Solicitation
Contractors may not solicit Keysquare Technology’s employees or clients for business, both during and after their contract period.
Governing Law
This policy is governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delhi.
